I have a question about my order

Do you have a question about your order? Please contact us by email or phone. Please have your order number ready and provide as much detail as possible so we can help you quickly.

Assortment store vs. webshop

The selection in our webshop may differ slightly from that in our store in Arnhem. Some exclusive beers are only available in very limited quantities (one or two beers), or they remain in the webshop/store for a longer period. Not sure if a beer is also available in our store? Feel free to contact us.

Please note: all beers in the webshop are actually in stock and can be ordered.

Deposit on cans

The listed prices do not include deposits. This will be automatically added to your shopping cart. You can return cans and bottles with a deposit to your local supermarket or recycling center.

Our Shipping

We'll ship your order as quickly as possible – within one business day at the latest. You'll automatically receive a tracking number via email. If anything goes wrong, please contact us, stating your name and order number.

Pick up in Arnhem or Mill

Unfortunately, it's not possible to pick up an online order in Arnhem or Mill. Online orders are always shipped – this way, we keep everything organized.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the beers in good condition, we'll refund your purchase price. Please contact us before returning your order for instructions.

Not picked up at pickup point

It is your responsibility to collect your package from a pickup point on time. You will receive several emails from the carrier about this.

If a package isn't picked up and returned to us, you'll receive a refund, minus a €6.95 processing fee . This also applies if you refuse a package at the door.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
